1. Services Offered

We provide:

• Commercial office cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning
• Janitorial and disinfecting
• Floor care
• Porter/event services

Services are scheduled based on a mutually agreed time and frequency.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are free and based on:

• Square footage
• Cleaning frequency
• Specific service needs

Once approved, pricing is honored unless service scope changes.

3. Payments

• Invoices are due within 15 days of service (unless otherwise agreed)
• We accept major payment methods (check, ACH, etc.)
• Late payments may incur a service fee

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations
• Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies or weather

5. Liability

We are insured and bonded. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Items not disclosed or not covered by your policy
• Client negligence

6. Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating abusive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior.

7. Changes

Terms may be updated. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updates.
